The Next Move Strategy Day

For women who can get more done on a good day than most people manage in a week
but need the business to keep moving on the other days too.

A small, in-person day to create a way of working that makes sense for your energy, attention and actual life.

 Thursday 12 November 2026, Surrey

Only 10 places

The business is working.
So why does it so often feel like you’re getting it wrong?
When you’re on, you’re really on.

In a couple of days, you can make decisions, follow things up and get more done than you have in months.

Then client work gets busy. You sleep badly. Your energy changes...and the thing that felt so clear suddenly feels difficult to get back into.

You haven’t stopped caring or forgotten how to run your business. You’ve lost the thread. Maybe ADHD is part of it. Maybe perimenopause is. Quite possibly several things are joining in.

This day isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating a way of working that doesn’t fall apart when you don’t have your best brain available.

What we’ll work through

How are you actually wired?

We’ll look at when you’re sharp, what drains you, where your time disappears and why certain things take far more energy than they deserve.

Your 40% Method

Create a version of the day that still counts when you’re nowhere near 100%, including what deserves your energy and what will keep the business moving.

Serve, Sell and Sow

Make room for client work, selling and the work that will support the business later, so serving everyone else stops taking the whole week.

When the week goes sideways

Decide what stays, what shrinks and what can wait when your capacity changes, so one difficult week doesn’t mean starting the business again.

What you’ll leave with:

  • A clearer picture of how you work when your capacity changes.
  • Your own 40% plan for the weeks when less of you is available.
  • A realistic rhythm for serving, selling and developing the business.
  • A set of defaults to stop every difficult week becoming a fresh start.
  • One clear next move for the business, and room for it to happen.

You’ll leave with a way of working that feels more like yours, and, after a day with women who genuinely get it, a fuller cup too.

No perfect-week plan in sight

And if you're wondering:     "but why take a full day away from my business?"

Because trying to work this out between client calls has probably had a fair chance by now.

At home, this work competes with emails, deliveries and all the things that feel more urgent because somebody else is waiting.

Here, the day is protected. Lunch is handled.

I’ll hold the structure and help you keep going when your thinking starts wandering off in six directions.

You get to give the business a full day without having to create the space for it yourself.

Why me?

I help established women build businesses that don’t require the same energy, focus and enthusiasm from them every day.

I’ve spent years working inside businesses and can see where too much is being held in your head, which work is worth protecting and what would make the business easier to keep moving.

We’ll work with the person, energy and business you actually have.

Not the imaginary version of you who wakes up focused every morning but runs out of steam at lunchtime.

Come and spend the day with us

I chose somewhere beautiful on purpose. If you’re taking a full day away from the business, it needs to feel like somewhere worth going.
