We’ll look properly at what is happening in the business, what you want next and the possible routes in front of you. By the end of the call, we’ll know what we are taking forward and why.

A focused plan for the month

A realistic plan built around the time, energy and existing commitments you actually have. You’ll know what needs doing first, what can wait and what “far enough” looks like for this month.

Private voice-note support, Monday to Thursday

Bring me the question, the wobble, the half-formed thought or the thing you have started making much more complicated than it needs to be. We can deal with it while you are in the work, rather than a week later when you have lost the thread.

A Monday check-in each week

We’ll decide what matters that week and adjust around whatever actually happened the week before. One disrupted week will not mean abandoning the plan and starting again next month.

A private end-of-month session

We’ll look at what has changed, what is now working and what needs to happen next. You’ll finish with a clear next step, not another collection of loose ends to remember.
